2. What Data We Collect
We collect data in three contexts:
A. Audit responses
Your answers to the readiness assessment questions are processed client-side (in your browser) to compute your score. They are NOT transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly request to receive your report by email.
B. Lead registration (optional)
When you submit your email to receive the PDF Strategic Report, we collect: full name, institution name, email address, accreditation type (KA121/KA122), project topic, origin city, destination city, planned mobility date, and total estimated budget.
C. Referral click data
If you click a 'Check Availability' link to a recommended course provider, we log: provider name, timestamp, your anonymised lead ID (if registered), and the destination/topic context. This is used exclusively for monthly provider reporting and quality assurance.
D. Technical data
Standard server logs including IP address (anonymised after 7 days), browser type, referring URL, and page views. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used.
